solidThinking, Inc Announces Inspire 2015 Webinar

solidThinking Inspire allows design engineers, product designers and architects to investigate structurally efficient concepts quickly and easily. This can lead to reduced costs, development time, material consumption, and product weight.

"Inspire is a very useful tool that helps our designers to better understand the behavior of a structure. I believe that with Inspire we are able to create better, lighter, and stiffer products and components," said Mikael Thellner, Technical Manager for Topological Optimization, Scania.

“Inspire is extremely easy to use and delivers results incredibly quick. After only 10 minutes we already have first results and estimates. I'm always looking forward to new projects for which I can apply Inspire - it's a great tool to work with,” said Uwe Kasper, Design Engineer, LEIBER Group.

INSPIRE 2015

Inspire 2015 introduces multiple enhancements including:

The new Contacts tool allows users to find neighboring parts and designate whether they should be bonded, contacting, or have no contact.
Connect multiple parts in a model using the Fastener and Joints tools to add bolts, screws, pins, or sliding pins.
Gravity loads can now be added to a model through the Model Browser.
New ribbon-style user interface with tools organized into tabs.

solidThinking, Inc. is having a free interactive webinar on 25th, 2015, which will introduce Inspire 2015. There are three times (9 AM EDT,  2 PM EDT and 10 PM EDT) where experts will go over all the latest new features.
